The Evidence
Report: Illegal Manipulation of the California Quarter Design Selection Process
The report includes the Official Polling Site Results showing
"A Golden Moment" as the People's number one choice
for their 2005 California State Quarter. Also shown is an article
featuring the response from children who overwhelmingly chose
"A Golden Moment" as their favorite for their 2005
California State Quarter.
Also included is the account from a State Librarian employee
who stated that Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was told not
to consider the Public Vote. And an assistant to First Lady
Maria Shriver recalled that all designs containing a person's
name were immediately disqualified. Only one design
was allowed with a name, the design that Kevin Starr illegally
pushed through the selection process and down the People's
throats.
See the actual US Mint renditions of the five submitted
finalists, and how there is clear prejudice against
the People's Choice based on recommendations made by Kevin
Starr.
View how "A Golden Moment" is coinable as
designed, revealing how the US Mint was involved in the fraud
to eliminate the People's Choice.
Discover how Kevin Starr postponed his retirement to
make sure that the new governor would not foil the course of
replacing Our California State Quarter with a John Muir
Commemorative Coin. Please note how the announcement of the
John Muir Coin coincided with the announcement of Kevin Starr's
retirement from the position of State Librarian.
Even an announcement of "John Muir Day" was coincided
with the announcement of the John Muir Coin and Kevin Starr's
retirement, resulting in a huge publicly funded marketing
campaign for the Sierra Club and Kevin Starr. With the minting of roughly
half a billion advertising tokens placed in circulation
among the general public in 2005, a State Quarter representing California has effectively been eliminated from the 50 States Quarters Program.
The Miracle Quarter is the only minted representation of what the people chose for the California State Quarter.
The estimated life span of these advertising tokens is thirty
years. Considering that many 1965 quarters are still in
circulation, the life span can be much, much longer. That's
well over forty years, and the only reason we are not
seeing more pre 1965 quarters is due to the silver content of
1964's and earlier. As it stands now We the People are stuck with hundreds of millions of circulating John Muir/Sierra Club tokens for well beyond the year 2045.
Kevin Starr demonstrated a clear bias toward having a John Muir quarter and actively worked to ensure that the design chosen by the people would not have a fair chance at becoming the quarter of the people.
Although Kevin Starr has stated that he has had no affiliation
with the Sierra Club, I've received an additional piece of evidence
revealing that Kevin Starr is lying.
Following is a portion of an email from a person involved with
the California Quarter design process. Like the majority of
the correspondence I've received, the author wishes to remain
anonymous.
Months ago, when I called the Sierra Club -- I went through
around four different levels all the way up, to find out why
they chose to endorse the Yosemite coin over the Sequoia coin
which also has an image of John Muir, (Muir was instrumental
in the founding of both as National Parks), I found out that
the section of the Sierra Club website that celebrates Muir
(and which became a marketing page for the Muir coin), was
organized and initiated by someone who was the previous chair
of education or some other like title for the Sierra Club.
That person... "Kevin Starr, yes he's too busy now as
the State Librarian of California, so I've taken responsibility
for his post now as education lead for The Club.", the
person I interviewed said -- I paraphrase but that was the
gist of the conversation.
