Kevin Starr's Act of Fraud
The fact that public funds
were used to create a public polling
site
for the purpose of soliciting public
opinion ultimately created
a binding contract with the People that would ensure
fair treatment of their choice for the 2005 California State
Quarter. The State Librarian conspired against the People’s
Choice resulting in a crime against the People and a misuse
of Public Funds and an illegal use of our Public Monetary System.
The mismanagement of public funds
used to solicit public opinion that was never to be considered
is Fraud which is a crime
and results in the misuse of Our United States Currency. Kevin
Starr conspired to ensure that more than one half billion (500,000,000+)
California State Quarters will be used as a marketing promotion
for John Muir, the Yosemite Valley and the Sierra Club. Kevin
Starr's act of fraud effectively misappropriated
more than 125 million dollars in United States Currency
and therefore is a Federal Crime.
What's even more appalling is that the US Mint has allowed
this to occur. The US Mint has admitted that the purpose
of the 50 States Quarters Program is to increase profits, so
the fact that they went along with Kevin Starr's illegal acts
is no great surprise. The unveiling of the John Muir Commemorative
Coin replacing the California State Quarter coincided with the
dedication of a John Muir Day, even though one already exists.
As a result of the artificial hoopla Kevin Starr, the Sierra
Club and Yosemite Tourist Attractions received a
huge boost in publicity. Which will undoubtedly lead to the
lining of many pockets of those involved with keeping the Muir/Sierra
Club Quarter in place of the true People's California Quarter.
Since this act of Political Fraud has been allowed to stand, the Sierra
Club has succeeded in obtaining more than one half billion
publically funded advertising tokens disguised as the California
Quarter. All of which will last an estimated thirty years. This is an incredible tragedy
and misuse of what was supposed to be the People's California State Quarter.
